We have a ‘can do’ attitude. We love serving others! We Can also Fix Things
We also fix things. All sorts of things. I (Jay Daniells) am currently 47 years of age. I’ve been fixing things since I was a kid. If we can’t fix something ourselves we typically know the right person or people who can.
We can get things fixed and returned to you, saving you time and effort. No fuss, easy and simple.

Our Ride-on Mower – it’s a Craftsman. It’s getting on in age, but it still cuts very well. It has Mulching Blades installed. It cuts beautifully and is regularly serviced. We used to have a zero-turn mower as well, but this Craftsman is preferred for the time being.

I am currently based in the Bundaberg area most of the time.
I’ve lived in Bundaberg area for 17 years and Brisbane for 11 before that. I grew up on a farm in Gayndah as a kid.
Not very often atm, but as of June 2026, this may change soon.
We don’t really want to give this out publically, however contact us and we’ll happily share our rates/ fees. They are highly competitive.
We can usually be there upon request fairly quickly if you have a sizable job for us. For small jobs we would need to discuss travel (fuel) costs, etc.

We can also refer you to a really great Carpet Cleaning business in the North Burnett area if you need carpets, couches, sofas, etc cleaned.
We are not currently NDIS registered.
We do have an ABN though. We can do jobs where we invoice your NDIS representative.
I sure can. I can provide house minding/ house sitting in the North Burnett, Bundaberg Region, Wide Bay, Gympie and even the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane, if my time allows.
I lived in Brisbane for 11 years and in Bundaberg for 14. I grew up in Gayndah. I know these areas quite well.
I am a clean and tidy person and look after people’s property.

I have and can do gardening work. Yard clean-ups, weeding, planting, spraying, etc. Feel free to contact me if you need gardening work done and we can discuss further.
I can do some construction work. I am not a trade-qualified Carpenter nor Boiler-maker though. I can and have constructed various things during my life. I don’t currently do height-work, building doors, concreting or welding jobs. I also don’t do the kind of jobs that a Carpenter or Builder should be doing.

Recent Restoration Project

About Us
Hi :), my name is Jay Daniells.
Myself and those who work with me are here to serve! We pay attention, we have common sense and we treat your property with care. We are responsible and mature people.
You can expect quality work from us, friendly customer service and a can-do attitude.
We currently do one or two person jobs.
I grew up on a farm in Gayndah. During the last 29 or so years I’ve worked as a commercial cleaner in Brisbane and in the North Qld Mines, junior signwriter, helped a fellow handyperson in my 20’s, worked for a lawn mowing business, mowed lawns for people in Brisbane when I was 19 (when I was studying) and many other things. I also worked at Gunther Village in Gayndah as a teenager (a weekend job I held from age 14 – till I finished High School), plus citrus fruit thinning, picking, etc.
I believe in honesty, reliability, being trustworthy, doing good work, fairness, being useful to others and working hard. I also know that actions speak louder than words.
I’m currently 47 years of age.
I enjoy what I do. I also enjoy making, fixing, refurbing and restoring all sorts of things.

I designed the trailer sign back in 2022. At some point I’ll repaint my trailer and add this signage to it. I’ll probably paint the sign myself,… unless I decide to get it fabricated.
